How does the 2-in-1 infuser work?

How do you brew hot tea, cold brew and fruit water?

Brew hot tea with a teaspoon or two of leaves and hot water, then lift the infuser out after about 3 to 5 minutes, or when it tastes right to you.

Hot tea

1. Leaves in: add a teaspoon or two of loose tea to the mesh cup.
2. Clip and drop: clip the top strainer on and lower the infuser into the neck.
3. Water in: let very hot water cool slightly first, rather than pouring boiling water straight in. Screw on the bamboo lid.
4. Lift it out: after about 3 to 5 minutes, or when the colour looks right, lift the infuser out.

Cold brew

Add leaves to the infuser, fill the bottle with cold water and leave it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, lift the infuser out and pour the tea over ice.

Fruit and mint water

Drop cut fruit, mint or cucumber into the bottle and fill it with water. Seat the short top strainer in the neck on its own: it keeps the fruit bits out of your sip.
